The physical world, including our bodies, is a response of the observer. We create our bodies as we create the experience of our world.

  1. Surfer Burpee
  2. Round Kick & Knee Crunch (Right)
  3. Round Kick & Knee Crunch (Left)
  4. 3 Tri Push Up
  5. Jump Tuck & Back Pack Pick Up

How To:
Set your Interval Timer for 20 Rounds of 50 Seconds on and 10 seconds off (rest period).

  1. Surfer Burpee: Start in the usual plank position kicking your feet out and pulling them back in, jump up as you normally would but this time come down in a surfer type stance with one foot forward and the other back. Repeat on the other side for 50 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds.
  2. Round Kick & Knee Crunch (Right) Grab 2 sturdy chairs and place them back to back making sure that there is room to manuver between the chairs. Stand between the chairs, using your right leg round kick over the right chair then place your palms around the top of the chair and pull both knees to your chest. Repeat  for 50 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds.
  3. Round Kick & Knee Crunch (Left) Do exactly the same on the left as you did on the right.
  4. There are three different push ups with this. Start with your thumbs touching in a close push up, your second push up is a military style with your hands close to your shoulders and last wide. Do this with maximum effort for 50 seconds then 10 seconds off.
  5. Start with your feet shoulder width apart then jump up and slap your knees in mid air. Move from your landing position (same as starting) squat down pick up your back pack and squat down to a chair position then rise to standing. Max effort for 50 seconds then take a much needed 10 second break.

Your total time is 20 minutes. Push hard and don't let your body tell your mind to stop. This workout is all out max effort so go for it, get it done, towel off and walk away with a smile!

Thanks for wearing and sharing your love!

I love you all!

This is a short workout, only 10 minutes long but if you don't let up this will kick your trash! For this workout you'll need your timer. You'll set the timer for a 10 second rest period and maximum effort on the 50 second intervals, perform the workout 2 times at maximum effort and then crash afterward.

“Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresea, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.”                       ~ Life’s Little Instruction Book

I'm here in Newport Beach, California with my husband who is using me for a project he's producing for a client found at www.NuMountainEvents.com. We're staying in a small hotel room with little space. The only place I've got to workout in is, a small & dirty work the hotel room. I have a small space by the door to work with, so here is my workout that I came up with. This workout consists of 10 exercises done 10 times and 5 rounds.

1.  10 Burpees
2.  10 80 / 20 Squat Jumps (5 Each Leg)
3.  10 Dive Bombers
4.  10 Prisoner Get Ups
5.  10 Dips
6.  10 Tuck Jumps
7.  10 Planks
8.  10 Side Lunges
9.  10 Scissor Kicks10.

10. Elevators

How To:
1. Burpee: Begin in a standing position. Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground. Extend your feet back in one quick motion to assume the front plank position. Return to the squat position in one quick motion. Return to an upright standing position

2. 80/20 Squat Jumps are a squat with 80% of your weight load on one leg and 20% on the toe of the other leg, jump 5 times on each leg.

3.Arch your back, slide your chest across the ground as if going under a fence, and finish in an “upward dog” position.

4. Lie flat on your back fold one leg under the other leg that is straightened and then sit up and then raise to a standing position

5. Dips: Position your hands shoulder width apart on a secured bench or stable chair. Move your booty in front of the bench with your legs bent and feet placed about hip width apart on the floor. Straighten out your arms and keep a little bend in your elbows in order to always keep tension on your triceps and off your elbow joints. Now slowly bend at your elbows and lower your upper body down towards the floor until your arms are at about a 90 degree angle. Be sure to keep your back close to the bench. Once you reach the bottom of the movement, slowly press off with your hands, and push yourself straight back up to the starting position.

6. Tuck Jumps: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body quickly into a squat position by bending at the ankles, knees and hips. Lean slightly forward and keep your weight in your heels. Explosively jump up out of the squat position. Bring your knees to your chest and grab your knees. As you land, squat back into the starting position.

7. Plank: Start by lying face down on the ground or use an exercise mat. Place your hands on the ground like the male push up position. Prop yourself up to form a bridge using your toes . Maintain a flat back and do not allow your hips to sag towards the ground. Then jump your feet toward your hands and then back.

8.Side Lunges with Jugs: Lunge to one side with first leg. Position closest dumbbell behind thigh and opposite dumbbell to front. Land on heel then forefoot. Lower body by flexing knee and hip of lead leg, keeping knee pointed same direction of foot. Return to original standing position by forcibly extending hip and knee of lead leg. Repeat by alternating lunge with opposite leg.

9. Scissor Kicks: Lie down on the mat, exhale and keep abs tight, kick the legs up and down.

10. Elevators: This is done by bending over and grabbing your ankles, raise up on your toes, while on your toes lower your tush up and down 10 times.
Repeat the entire workout 4 more times, doing all 10 exercises 10 times each.

Have a great workout and thanks for wearing and sharing your love!

I love you all!

Everything Is Possible... If You Want You Can In 2012 Love Blog ~ 12/31/2011

~ You Are Powerful In Every Way ~

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person that you meet. To make all or your friends feel that something is special in them. To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true. To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best. To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own. To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature that you meet a smile. To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. To be to large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear and to happy to permit the presence of trouble.

Merry Christmas To All And To All A Good Night Love Blog ~ 12/24/2011

"The best of all gifts around any Christmas tree...  the presence of a happy family all wrapped up in each other."  ~ Burton Hillis

I am so blessed to have such a great support system! I have an amazing husband, Christian, 7 beautiful Children, and my grandson, Dayton to share Christmas with. What a great end to an adventurous year. You know, this site was Christian's idea... Love Thredz, wearing and sharing your love. I was able to share some passion that comes naturally with working out, my personal thoughts in Pillow Talk, Spiritual Life Coaching from my dear friend Laurie Frazier, and some of the wonderful meditations videos I love. There is so much to share! Thank you for your patience. Our family's move, and the death of my brother Dave, has been tough this past year! Although, it's turned out to be a great year of growth, and true blessings after all. I am grateful for the support of my sweetheart through the tough times. His patience and advise has been valued and needed. I am grateful for his guidance through this journey of life!

I wish for everyone, peace and the joy, that can come at Christmas time. I hope that we can all find it in our hearts to reach out and find "LOVE" throughout this up coming year.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to everyone!

I Love You All!

Where Are You Christmas Love Blog ~ 12/23/2011

The only blind person at Christmas time is he who has not Christmas in his heart. ~ Helen Keller

After running around Christmas shopping and making sure that we had gifts for everyone, I stopped and watched all the hustle and bustle and I thought to myself "where is Christmas?" I came home from the bitter cold and got onto my computer and found this beautiful video. Jon (the pianist) happens to be a friend of my husband... from his rugby days with Larry Gelwix, Utah's long-time Highland High Rugby Coach. As some of you know I have been posting about making a list of all the things you could do in order to have an amazing 2012! Apparently, Jon was quite the rugby player! But wow... just watch him play the piano! My point is, that you don't have to be good at just one thing, and your passions might change as you go.

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a healthy and Happy New Year!

I Love You All!

Live Every Day As If It Were Your Last Love Blog 12/22/2011

Life is short, God's way of encouraging a bit of focus.  ~Robert Brault

Don't be fooled by the calendar.  There are only as many days in the year as you make use of.  ~Charles Richards

Every man dies.  Not every man really lives.  ~Braveheart
When I made my list of possibilities I had a ton of different stuff that went in many different directions. I discovered that when it was quiet and the rumble of kids slowed down and I let my mind go and found peace, the passion came out. As I wrote what I discovered a passion for movement, a song of sorts from my soul that my body and the possibilities of creation were endless. I remember in a movie "Death Becomes Her" that the main character starts his life over in his mid 50's. That stuck for some reason years and years ago. I found this to be nothing but truth. Just because I am middle aged (43) doesn't mean life is over. I have discovered that I can do more and be more. My discoveries have been mostly in sculpting my body, mind and soul. If I will just believe anything is possible and I have this day, this year to do it in... So, if your dream is to be the greatest salt boarder ever go for it or if your dream is to be the fastest trike racer (be safe and wear protection) go for it! Listen in the quiet and your soul will speak, your heart will pound and allow your vision to unfold, I dare you!...

Who Are You Not To Be Awesome In 2012 Love Blog ~ 12/21/2011

Playing small does not serve the world, there is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people wont feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine as children, it's not just in some of us, it's in everyone!
Start now by making a list... a list of all that is possible, this could be possible in your imagination, whether it is believable or not at this point it is irrelevant. At this point you are creating in your imagination a dream or a possibility of an option of a future even that might or might not ever happen. List anything that you would like to accomplish, never have accomplished or tried and failed to accomplish but want to accomplish... get where I am going? =) This is your list, you own it, it's yours so no one else can say to you no you can't. If you have earned the right to be what you want to be and do what you what to do.  It's your right to listen to your gut, it's nobody's right to tell you no. You've earned your right to be what you want to be and do what you want to do.

    LOVING my 43 years young!

I'm finally launching a new concept in sharing my LOVE with you all. I've wanted to share some of my life and love for my own body, mind, and soul for quite some time now, and am excited to finally put myself out there for YOU!

I'm implementing this to hopefully generate interest in a new "LOVE Movement" with no expectations attached. I'm inspired by something one of my daughters once wrote in a letter to her dad for Father's Day. . . "LOVE is a word that should always be said, and always be heard!"

My life revolves around the word "LOVE." My deep desire to simply share myself and my LOVE with others is very strong! I genuinely believe, that by wearing it and sharing it with the world in my own little way, I might just have the chance of somehow influencing others to share and wear the same. I also want to mention, there have been many inspirational and motivational people around me who have helped me get out of my comfort zone and share some of my life online. I want to acknowledge them all. One woman in particular,  I  would like to publicly thank...  Zuzana & her amazingly dedicated online platform www.BodyRock.TV.

Thank "YOU" for sharing and wearing YOUR LOVE with me!

    I LOVE YOU ALL!!!  =)
